Does it actually stop hot flushes?

No and we won't claim it does. It cools your skin's surface fast for real, in-the-moment relief, but it doesn't reduce how often flushes happen or how long they last. For anything beyond comfort-level relief, it's worth chatting with your GP.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The contact head is smooth stainless steel and ABS, designed to glide gently without dragging or irritating the skin. If you have very reactive skin, we'd still suggest a quick patch test first.

Do I need oil before using it?
